  Terrible service. They don't truly honor the exact wording of their free value meal coupons that they provide when one has had PREVIOUS poor service/food. All they needed to do to make me happy was to provide me with the MEDIUM size drink as stated on the complimentary coupon offer that the order taker and the cashier reinforced to me that I would get. But the rude and unprofessional young lady manager said breakfast only gets small drinks. No where on the coupon is that stated...just said a free MEDIUM value meal. By the way, the other franchised McDonald's at Bear Creek honored our other free coupon for breakfast with....yes, a medium size drink.!!!

  Every single time and I'm not exaggerating I mean every time I'm asked to pull up and wait no matter what I order even for just
  A drink! Then I order hotcakes for breakfast this morning and get home and instead of 3 pancakes which is a order, I get one! And they left out a hash brown! Worst McDonald's ever!
